Any emergency, complication or medical requirement, of whatsoever nature, arising with regard to the Participant / Patient’s treatment due to the Participant/Patient’s present or past illness or the side effects / allergy of / to drugs or lack of adequate treatment, pre, during or post treatment will be the absolute responsibility of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and ZEMO Solutions Pty. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the same.
Any medical information not mentioned or withheld by the Participant / Patient or his / her relatives or not asked for due to the negligence of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor will be the absolute responsibility of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and ZEMO Solutions Pty. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the same.
In case the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor is not competent in handling a particular emergency or complication arising pre, during or post treatment of the Participant / Patient, it shall be the absolute responsibility of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, to refer or call upon the competent medical authority, after taking the consent of the Participant / Patient or his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends and ZEMO Solutions Pty. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the same.
It shall be the absolute responsibility of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, at the time of the Participant / Patient’s admission to apprise him / her or his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Participant / Patient of the possibility of Contingency Expenses (howsoever rare) and secure his / her consent or the consent his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends in writing to pay for or assist the Treating Institution to recover from the insurance company all the Contingency Expenses and ZEMO Solutions Pty. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the same.
The Treating Institution shall be solely responsible for any extension / change of treatment dates by it and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and ZEMO Solutions Pty. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the same.
The Participant / Patient or his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Participant / Patient shall read carefully the terms and conditions mentioned herein before filling and signing the registration form. The terms and conditions as set out in the registration form are also set out in the Package brochure, a copy of which has been provided to the Participant / Patient or his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Participant / Patient. The Participant / Patient (and his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Participant / Patient) shall sign the registration form. The signing of the registration form by the Participant/Patient (and his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Participant / Patient) shall mean acceptance in totality of the terms and conditions contained herein by the Participant / Patient (and his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Participant / Patient). The registration form, payment receipt shall be binding on the Participant / Patient (and his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Participant / Patient) and shall constitute a contract between ZEMO Solutions Pty. Ltd. and the Participant / Patient (and his / her family / members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Participant / Patient) on the Participant / Patient (and his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Participant / Patient) signing the registration form and making payment towards the Package.
If the Participant / Patient (and his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends making the booking on behalf of the Participant / Patient) has any complaint in respect of the services rendered by the Treating Institution, he / they should forward such complaints directly to the Treating Institution without any recourse to ZEMO Solutions Pty. Ltd.
